Luxembourg Personal Tax Specialist

Working in our team of Luxembourg personal tax specialists you will assist with the preparation of Luxembourg personal tax returns. You will deal with clients and their personal tax affairs, including obtaining information, meeting and liaising with them as required. You will communicate with the Luxembourg tax office to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements. You will of course be required to maintain our high standards of customer service at all times.

The Person:

  • 1-5 + years of experience working with Luxembourg personal taxation

  • Experience working and communicating with the Luxembourg tax office would be an advantage

  • Fluent in English. Any other language would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with the latest in cloud-based software.

Client Services Administrators

Do you have previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a fiduciary or financial services company? Are you computer literate, comfortable working with the latest in computer software and with a strong working knowledge of editing in PDF? Then this could be the role for you.

We are leading Luxembourg personal tax consultants, and we are looking for Client Services Administrators to join the company. You will work alongside our personal tax advisors to complete various administrative tasks and deliver the highest customer service to our clients.

You will:

  • Be fluent in English. Any other language would be an advantage

  • Ensure that all items received from clients are processed with the relevant deadlines

  • Liaise with clients to chase outstanding information required to process their tax returns

  • Prepare and arrange PDF workpapers for the tax advisors

  • Be responsible for the completion of various administrative tasks to support our tax advisors and deliver the highest customer service to our clients.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You will have a good academic record

  • You will be computer literate, specifically PDF editing

  • You will have good attention to detail

  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • You will have the ability to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
